How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked through the Book With Us page. Our bookings open 30 days in advance. If you need to book an appointment outside of that window, please contact us through the Contact page.

Can I book for a group?

You will need to book each person as an individual. Please send your inquiries through the Contact page if you need additional assistance. I’d be happy to accommodate you!

Can I book “Just Eyes”?

No, I don’t book partial makeup applications.

Do you travel to locations?

We’re currently not offering travel services but hope to soon!

What are your business hours?

My current business hours are 6 pm to 10 pm Friday through Sunday. We are closed Monday through Thursday. If you need to book an appointment outside of these business hours, please send your inquiries through the Contact page.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your service. Note that the deposit is non-refundable. No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the service and will be blocked from booking future appointments.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash, Cash app, POS Tap, or Zelle.

When do I pay for the service?

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to reserve your appointment. (The deposit is put towards your invoice). The remaining payment is due at the time of service completion in cash (the exact amount due, I don't carry change) or through Zelle/ Cash app.

Can I bring my brushes, tools, or products?

All brushes, tools, and products will be provided to avoid possible outside contamination (ex. allergic reactions that might occur).

What is included in the standard touch-up kit?

Sample size Laura Mercier setting powder (translucent shade), two Q-tips, one powder puff, one lip wand, one spoolie, and one compressed towelette.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

If you are booking any of the makeup services, we recommend you arrive with no makeup on to save time. However, we do provide makeup removers and a variety of facial cleansers for you to utilize on-site. If you are booking a skincare consultation, we recommend you arrive with no makeup on for us to analyze your bare skin as well as having your skincare products listed for us to review with you. If you are booking an event consultation, we recommend you have your event details (outfit details, makeup inspirations photos) listed for us to review with you.

What should I expect?

Any appointment you choose will be completed on time while we also pay close attention to detail. You’re welcome to request more of any product used during the service. The Makeupneticc studio is equipped with a restroom that includes complimentary feminine products and facial cleansers. We also offer complimentary refreshments including water, chocolates, mints, and gum. For safety purposes, the studio has two cameras that are recording 24/7. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us at Makeupneticc, we would appreciate you picking up after yourself in the restroom and lobby area.
